We process information to perform the membership contract, process payments, provide training, meal, and recovery features, send account messages, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations. Where required, we rely on consent and you may withdraw consent for the future.

Legal bases and health-related information

Some goals, measurements, and wellness information may relate to health. We will process special-category data only where a valid legal basis and any required explicit consent exist. Do not submit information you do not want us to process. The service is not intended to create a medical record.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. RAY'S FITNESS does not store your full card number. Stripe may process payment information according to its own privacy policy.

Service providers and international transfers

We use providers such as hosting, database, email, security, and Stripe payment services. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses will be used. Review each provider’s privacy information before launch.

Retention

We retain account and transaction information only as long as needed for the service, legal retention duties, fraud prevention, and dispute handling, then delete or anonymize it where legally permitted.
