Withdrawal period

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. The withdrawal period and requirements depend on the product or service and the information provided before checkout.

Digital content and immediate access

RAY'S FITNESS provides digital training content and online membership access. If you ask us to begin providing the digital content or service before the withdrawal period ends, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose your withdrawal right once the legal requirements for that exception are met.

How to withdraw

To exercise a withdrawal right, send a clear statement before the applicable deadline to:

You may use the following wording: “I hereby withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the RAY'S FITNESS membership made on [date].” Include your name, account email, order information, and the date of purchase.

Refunds

Where a valid withdrawal applies, refunds will be made using the original payment method within the legally applicable period. Any statutory exceptions, proportionate payment for services already performed, or loss of withdrawal rights will be handled according to applicable German consumer law.
