Using the service

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and use RAY'S FITNESS only for lawful personal use. Do not share paid account access or attempt to bypass membership restrictions.

Memberships

Membership access begins after successful payment confirmation. Each plan provides access for its stated period: one week, two weeks, or one month. Access ends when that period expires unless a new purchase is completed.

Checkout and contract information

Before submitting payment, the checkout should clearly show the selected plan, price, duration, applicable taxes, and any withdrawal information. The contract is concluded when the order is accepted and payment is confirmed. A confirmation should be sent electronically.

Health and training content

Our content is educational and general in nature. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or individual professional advice. Read the Health Disclaimer before training.

Content ownership

RAY'S FITNESS content, branding, videos, text, and design belong to RAY'S FITNESS or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly share paid content without written permission.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be removed for maintenance and safety reasons.

Governing law

German law applies to the contractual relationship, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights in the country where the consumer habitually resides.

Consumer dispute resolution

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued. The service provider is not obliged and, unless legally required, does not undertake to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
